Refund, Billing, Renewal, & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all products we offer. Please call customer service at 239-963-8006, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Customer assumes all shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

30-Day-Free-Trials:
Full refund of any fees will be issued if cancelled within the first 30 days for first-time subscribers. You may cancel at anytime online by logging into your account and selecting "Cancel My Account" in the Billing and Payments Section.

Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Plans:
Full refund if cancelled within the first 30 days for first-time subscribers. If you cancel your membership after the first 30 days, your account will remain active until the end of your subscription, afterwhich it shall be terminated. (Please review Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Policy below). You may cancel at anytime online by logging into your account and selecting "Cancel My Account" in the Billing and Payments Section.

Please note: in order to prevent abuse of our refund policy, our 30-day money back guarantee for Monthly Plans is only applicable to customers subscribing for the first time.

Billing Cycle & Renewal:

Pantryworx.com bills in full monthly cycles on the same day of every calendar month. The day of the month you will be billed will be the same day of the month which you first subscribe. For customers who subscribe on the 29th, 30th, or 31st or the month, you may be billed on the 1st day of the following month.

For monthly subscriptions, your regular subscription will begin on the day of the month in which you subscribe. It will be automatically renewed on the same day of the month following.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you authorize us to automatically renew your subscription until this agreement is cancelled.

You may cancel at anytime either online by logging into your account and selecting "Cancel My Account" in the Billing and Payments Section.

Automatic Renewal Policy:

Payment for the appropriate subscription plan will be made by automatic credit card debit. SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FOR THE ORIGINAL TERM UPON EXPIRATION, unless Didtum Inc. is notified that subscriber wishes to cancel their Pantryworx.com membership.

UNLESS, AND UNTIL THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELLED BY THE SUBSCRIBER THROUGH THE Online OR MAIL PROCESS DESCRIBED BELOW, SUBSCRIBER HEREBY AUTHORIZES Didtum, Inc. TO CHARGE SUBSCRIBER'S CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR THE ONGOING COST OF MEMBERSHIP.

Cancellation Policy:

Subscribers may, at any time and without cause, terminate their subscription to our services.

Online:
To cancel your Pantryworx.com membership, please log into the “My Account” section and click on the Billing and Payments link located under the Admin menu. From there, simply click on the “Cancel My Account“ button and follow the steps of canceling your Pantryworx.com account. There are no cancellation fees.

US Mail:
By sending Didtum, Inc. written correspondence requesting that your memebership be cancelled. The notice of termination must be sent by US Mail to:

and must clearly indicate the subscriber's first & last name, billing address, telephone, and username as they appear in their Pantryworx.com contact record. The effective date of cancellation will be either the Post Marked date, or date requested, whichever is later. There are no cancellation fees.

NOTE: When a Subscriber requests termination, full or partial subscription fees are not refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
